Peer-led Support Groups
Mutual support groups are peer-led groups. Facilitators receive training, but they don't give advice or act as professionals. By sharing their own lived experience and practical guidance, peer support workers help people to develop their own goals, create strategies for self-empowerment, and take concrete steps towards building fulfilling, self- determined lives for themselves.

At The ROC, we believe that individuals need to find the type of support that will work for them. In order to do this, you need to have choices. In addition to the in-person and virtual support offered at the recovery community center we invite you to explore all of the other local and online support groups available. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us so we can help you find what will work for you and your recovery.

The ROC acknowledges all pathways to recovery.
